AMR Pro 原本是为参加勒芒 24 小时的 Hypercar 组而开发的，后来因为规则变化和阿斯顿的战略调整，项目取消，改成 40 台赛道限定车出售。
与公路版的区别：
- 取消整套混动系统（减重约 100 kg），只保留 1000 马力的 V12
- 轴距加长 380mm：这不是为了空间，是为了延长车底文丘里通道的长度 —— 通道越长，扩张段越平缓，能产生的低压区越大越稳定
- 下压力从 1800 kg 提升到超过 3000 kg
- 整备质量降到 1000 kg
阿斯顿宣称它的圈速能力接近 LMP1。
