Sesto Elemento（意大利语"第六元素"—— 碳在元素周期表的序号是 6）是兰博基尼碳纤维技术的极限展示。
999 kg 的整备质量是这么来的：
- 碳纤维单体壳（含座椅 —— 座椅不是独立零件，而是直接在单体壳上成型，只贴了一层薄衬垫）
- 碳纤维传动轴
- 碳纤维轮毂（当时极其罕见）
- Forged Composite 悬挂叉臂
- 碳陶刹车盘
- 没有音响、没有空调、没有地毯、没有内饰面板
功率重量比 1.75 kg/PS，比同期的 Aventador（2.25）好得多。
它不能上路（未做碰撞认证），20 台全部作为赛道玩具出售。
