把 5.2L 双涡轮 V12 装进 Vantage 的小车身需要把前副车架、冷却系统和车头结构全部重做，车身也因此加宽了 40mm。前弹簧刚度比 V8 Vantage 高 50% —— 因为 V12 比 V8 重约 100 kg，全部压在前轴。333 台限量，阿斯顿称之为"最后一台 V12 Vantage"（后来 2024 年又推出了 Vanquish 的 V12，所以这个说法只对 Vantage 车系成立）。
